I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. It's a nice place if you prefer to have the option to cook for yourself. However, the dining choices were limited. The location is convenient, near the water with beautiful views, but some plastic utensils were a downside.
The hotel rooms, while tidy and well-organized with a stunning view of the Hudson River and Manhattan, had a slight stale smell of bleach that required airing out. The service was helpful but lacked a bit of friendliness. The location was super convenient with proximity to the NY skyline and just a short distance from the city, though the breakfast variety could have been improved. The dining experience had its flaws, but the overall experience in this beautiful and tranquil location was quite relaxing.
The hotel had nice rooms with two queen-sized beds that were very comfy, but furnished with older furniture and had a slight smell of stale smoke. However, the room was overall nice, fresh, clean, and quiet. The service was professional, kind, and supportive, knowing our late arrival and special occasion. The location in Edgewater was great with easy access to NYC and a wonderful view of the city. The dining options were just okay, lacking variety and quantity. The overall stay was pleasant with well-maintained facilities.
The hotel is located right by the busy parking lot, but the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a complimentary hot breakfast. The suite was smaller than expected, though.
The hotel rooms were very clean with a great skyline view of NYC, but the smell of bleach was overwhelming, and the refrigerator was not working properly, requiring some extra effort to make the room comfortable. The service was courteous and helpful, immediately addressing any issues, but some staff members came across as unfriendly. The location offered stunning views of Manhattan and was surrounded by unbeatable restaurants, yet it became dark and deserted early in the evening. The dining experience was very basic and challenging with poor-quality plastic cutlery.
